汞的容量测定,以往常用硫氰化钾法,分析一个试样需要2个小时,特别是氯离子的干扰严重,滴定终点不易辩识。本文采用钢试剂(二乙氨基硫代甲酸钠)测定朱砂中的汞,是用逆王水分解试样,以酒石酸隐蔽铁,在碱性溶液中以铜作指示剂,用铜试剂滴定至生成黄色络合物为终点,10分钟可完成。经过多年生产实践考验,证明本方法简便、快速、重现性好,消除了氯离子的干扰,远较硫氰化钾法优越。
