目的:研究不同干燥方法对北青龙衣萘醌类成分含量的影响,为建立适合北青龙衣产地加工方法提供参考。方法:采用晒干,阴干,40、50、60℃烘干,冷冻干燥,微波干燥5种方法对北青龙衣样品进行干燥处理。采用UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS技术对样品进行测定,数据用Marker View软件进行主成分分析,化合物通过Peak View2.0/masterview1.0软件,依据精确质量数和同位素峰度比确定分子式,再通过对照品及数据库的二级谱图比对、裂解规律分析,结合已有文献报道,确定结构式。结果:不同干燥方法萘醌类有效成分含量发生了明显的变化,鉴定或推断了北青龙衣中24个萘醌类化合物结构,确定了40℃烘干为最适宜干燥方法。结论:该方法快速、准确,可为北青龙衣不同干燥方法的化学成分鉴定与分析提供一种新的策略,对北青龙衣加工生产具有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To study the effect of different drying methods on the content of naphthoquinones in Beiqinglongdan, and to provide references for the establishment of processing methods suitable for the origin of Beilong clothing. Methods: The samples of Beiqing Longyi were dried by five methods of drying, drying, drying at 40, 50, 60 ℃, freeze drying and microwave drying. The samples were determined by UPLC-Triple TOF-MS / MS. The data were analyzed by principal component analysis with Marker View software. Peak Peaks2.0 / masterview 1.0 software was used to determine the molecular formula based on the exact mass number and isotope kurtosis ratio. Through reference substance and database secondary spectrum comparison, analysis of the cracking, combined with the literature has been reported to determine the structural formula. Results: The content of naphthoquinones in different drying methods changed significantly. The structure of 24 naphthoquinone compounds in North Qinglong clothing was identified or inferred. It was determined that drying at 40 ℃ was the most suitable drying method. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate, which can provide a new strategy for chemical composition identification and analysis of different drying methods of Beilong Dress. It is of guiding significance to the processing and production of Beilong Dress.
