“国家鼓励发展养蜂业”,已是法律的明文规定。然而,“徒法不足于自行”。所有的希望全寄托于一部法律,认为《畜牧法》颁布了就万事大吉,这并非理性。如何大力扶持养蜂这个弱质产业,加快建立促进蜂业发展的长效机制步伐,使我国由养蜂大国转变为养蜂强国,是值得深入研究的课题; “The state encourages the development of beekeeping,” is already expressly provided for by law. However, “doctrine is not enough on its own.” It is irrational that all hope is placed on a law, and that the promulgation of the Livestock Law will not be justified. How to vigorously support the weak industry such as beekeeping, speed up the establishment of a long-term mechanism to promote the development of apiculture, and change our country from a bee-keeping power to a bee-keeping power is a topic that deserves further study.
