本文对我国当前水轮机现场试验数据处理中所存在的问题,从数理统计学的理论出发,结合测量流量标定蜗壳压差计实例,分析了一元曲线回归方法和最优公式的选择原则,应用了误差分析、预报及环值剔除等概念与方法,并用TI型程序计算器对我国若干水电站水轮机的实测试验数据进行了验算和对比,为提高和评价水电站水轮机组运行的经济效益提供可靠依据。本文讨论的基本概念与方法,也可广泛用于其它方面试验研究的数据处理。
Based on the theory of mathematical statistics and the example of calibrating the differential pressure gauge of the volute with the measuring flow, this paper analyzes the principle of the regression method of unary curves and the selection principle of the optimal formula, Error analysis, prediction and elimination of ring values. The TI type program calculator is used to check and compare the measured data of several hydropower stations in our country, which can provide a reliable basis for improving and evaluating the economic benefits of hydroelectric generating units. This article discusses the basic concepts and methods, but also can be widely used in other aspects of experimental data processing.
