为适应现在工业化的大规模生产,节约劳力和材料消耗,保证构件质量,简化梁体结构、减轻桥梁自重,实现桥梁结构轻型化,缩短桥梁施工工期,组合钢箱梁结构在桥梁建设中广泛使用。结合工程实例对4×25m简支变连续装配式组合钢箱梁建立ANSYS有限元模型并进行受力分析计算。通过与T型梁、小箱梁进行安全性、经济性、施工便利性对比,得出装配式组合钢箱梁具有明显的优势,结果表明,装配式组合钢箱梁具有结构简单、自重轻、施工便利,造价低等优点,满足工厂化规模生产,施工周期短,有利于桥梁的快速施工。
In order to adapt to the current large-scale industrialized production, labor-saving and material consumption, to ensure component quality, simplify the beam structure, reduce the weight of the bridge, bridge structure to achieve lightweight and shorten the construction period of the bridge, the combination of steel box girder structure widely used in the construction of the bridge . An ANSYS finite element model of 4 × 25m simply-supported continuous assembled composite steel box girder was established and analyzed by mechanical analysis. Through the comparison of the safety, economy and construction convenience with the T-beam and the box girder, it is shown that the fabricated composite steel box girder has obvious advantages. The results show that the fabricated composite steel box girder has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, Construction convenience, low cost and other advantages to meet the factory scale production, short construction period, is conducive to the rapid construction of the bridge.
