只有在中国共产党的领导下才能实现中国的现代化 ,党的领导是不能动摇的。要坚持党的领导就必须通过政治体制改革完善党的领导。党政分开是政治体制改革的关键环节 ,也是加强和完善党的领导的重要方面。党政分开有助于推进依法治国 ;有助于推进社会主义民主。政治体制改革关系到党在人民群众中的威信。
Only under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party can China realize its modernization and the party’s leadership can not be shaken. To uphold the party’s leadership, we must improve the party’s leadership through the reform of the political system. The separation of party and government is the key link in the political reform and an important aspect of strengthening and perfecting the party’s leadership. The separation of party and government helps to promote the rule of law and helps promote socialist democracy. Political system reform has a bearing on the party’s prestige among the people.
