甜菜不同类型品种叶绿体超微结构的比较研究

过去对于叶绿体在某一作物的不同品种或不同生长条件下的结构变化,了解不多。近年来,Имамалиев等发现棉花种间杂种的叶绿体的体积增大,数量增多;在电镜下观察到种间杂种叶绿体的类囊体结构密集,膜变厚,在基粒与基粒之间的基质类囊体增多、排列均匀,叶绿体中基粒数目比亲本增多。Турбил等在杂交种玉米的叶绿体上也发现类似的变化。据此在甜菜不同类型品种间也可能存在所含叶绿体的数量及超微结构方面的差异。因此曾将普遍栽培的七个甜菜品种进行了观察,现将二年来(1983—1984年)的观察结果总结如下。 In the past little was known about the structural changes of chloroplasts in different varieties or growth conditions of a certain crop.
