目的总结国内外近几年对水通道蛋白4(aquaporin 4,AQP4)的研究情况,重点在于AQP4与中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)的关系。方法检索国内外近几年关于AQP4的研究文章和综述,从AQP4的结构功能关系及调控等方面对文献进行整理和综述。结果 AQP4在中枢神经系统中分布广泛,参与脑脊液的形成和重吸收、渗透压调节、胶质转移、脑水肿形成等生理病理过程。结论很多临床中枢神经系统疾病都与AQP4的表达有关,调节AQP4在脑组织中的表达可为开发中枢神经系统疾病新药提供依据。
Objective To summarize the recent researches on aquaporin 4 (AQP4) at home and abroad, with emphasis on the relationship between AQP4 and central nervous system (CNS). Methods The research articles and reviews on AQP4 at home and abroad in recent years were retrieved and the literature was collated and reviewed from the structural and functional relationships and regulation of AQP4. Results AQP4 was widely distributed in the central nervous system and involved in the formation and reabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid, the regulation of osmotic pressure, glial metastasis, and the formation of brain edema and other physiological and pathological processes. Conclusions Many clinical diseases of the central nervous system are related to the expression of AQP4. To regulate the expression of AQP4 in the brain may provide a basis for the development of new drugs for central nervous system diseases.
