球磨机磨球的冲击应力对磨球和衬板的选材设计来说至关重要。推导了球磨机中磨球的最大冲击速度和冲击功计算公式,依据Hertz弹性接触理论计算了磨球的最大冲击应力、冲击接触时间以及冲击接触区直径。发现,磨球冲击应力很大,可达10GPa量级;接触时间短,为0.1ms量级;接触区域相对于整个磨球来说很小。用试验数据对计算结果作了验证,证明所作计算是合理的。
The impact stress of ball mill ball is crucial to the selection of ball and lining material. The calculation formulas of maximum impact velocity and impact energy of ball in ball mill are deduced. The maximum impact stress, impact contact time and impact contact area diameter of ball are calculated according to Hertz elastic contact theory. It has been found that the impact stress of the grinding ball is very large up to the order of 10 GPa; the contact time is short, on the order of 0.1 ms; the contact area is small relative to the entire grinding ball. The experimental results verify the calculated results and prove that the calculation is reasonable.
