目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者维生素D缺乏与糖脂代谢的相关性。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者200例,根据血25(OH)D3浓度分为维生素D缺乏组(<10ng/ml)和维生素D非缺乏组(≥10ng/ml)。观察两组间糖脂代谢指标(空腹血糖、空腹C肽、餐后2小时血糖、餐后2小时C肽、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)的差异。结果:维生素D缺乏组糖化血红蛋白水平高于维生素D非缺乏组(P<0.05)。空腹及餐后2小时血糖及C肽、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白两组间无明显统计学差异。结论:在2型糖尿病患者中,长期血糖控制不佳可能与维生素D缺乏有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Two hundred and twenty patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into vitamin D deficiency group (<10ng / ml) and vitamin D non - deficiency group (≥10ng / ml) according to the blood 25 (OH) D3 concentration. The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism (fasting blood glucose, fasting C-peptide, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial C-peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein) difference. Results: The level of HbA1c in vitamin D deficiency group was higher than that in vitamin D non - deficiency group (P <0.05). Fasting and postprandial blood glucose 2 hours and C peptide, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein between the two groups no significant difference. Conclusions: Poor long-term glycemic control in type 2 diabetes may be related to vitamin D deficiency.
