目的探讨经颅超声多普勒(TCD)对脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的诊断价值。方法采用经颅多普勒仪,对4例临床诊断未明的病人进行脑血流动力学的检测。结果均具有AVM特征表现———高流速、低阻力、血流频谱紊乱,并与颅脑CT及DSA结果基本吻合。结论TCD对AVM的诊断简便易行,无创、特异性高,可提供供血动脉,并可作为DSA前的筛选检查。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranial ultrasound Doppler (TCD) in cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Methods Transcranial Doppler was used to detect cerebral hemodynamics in 4 patients with unknown clinical diagnosis. The results showed AVM characteristics --- high flow rate, low resistance, blood flow spectrum disorders, and brain CT and DSA results are basically consistent. Conclusion The diagnosis of AVM by TCD is simple and easy, noninvasive and specific. It can provide the feeding artery and can be used as a screening test before DSA.
