冷冻饮品是深得广大消费者喜爱的直接入口食品,也是夏季食品卫生管理重点之一,由于一些生产企业设备老化、厂房陈旧、从业人员卫生素质低使本市的冷冻饮品合格率仅为68.85%。为加强本市冷冻饮品的管理提供依据,本文就1999年天津市冷冻饮品抽样监测结果作如下分析。 一、材料与方法 1.样品来源 为本市各冷冻饮品加工企业,根据随机抽样的原则,每个企业抽取2件样品共122件。
Frozen drinks is the direct import food that won the majority of consumers. It is also one of the key points of summer food hygiene management. Due to the aged equipment and obsolete workshops in some production enterprises, the hygienic quality of employees makes the qualified rate of frozen drinks in the city only 68.85% . To strengthen the management of frozen drinks in the city to provide the basis for this article on the 1999 Tianjin frozen drinks sampling monitoring results as follows. I. Materials and Methods 1. Samples come from all frozen drinks processing enterprises in the city. According to the principle of random sampling, each enterprise collected a total of 122 samples of 2 samples.
