目的探讨硒化乳酸菌胞外多糖(Se-EPS)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。方法从乳酸菌培养液中分离提纯乳酸菌胞外多糖(EPS),并将EPS与无机硒化剂反应,得到Se-EPS。采用体外细胞培养,测定Se-EPS对巨噬细胞吞噬能力,胞外一氧化氮(NO)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)分泌量的影响。结果 Se-EPS能够显著增强巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,NO和TNF-α的分泌量,并且在Se-EPS浓度为50~1000 g/ml之间呈浓度依赖性增加。结论 Se-EPS有助于促进巨噬细胞的细胞介导免疫反应、增强免疫反应的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Se-EPS on immune activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Methods Separation and purification of Lactobacillus exopolysaccharides (EPS) from lactic acid bacteria culture broth and the reaction of EPS with inorganic selenium to obtain Se-EPS. The effects of Se-EPS on macrophage phagocytosis, extracellular nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) secretion were determined by in vitro cell culture. Results Se-EPS significantly enhanced the phagocytic activity of macrophages, the secretion of NO and TNF-α, and increased the concentration of Se-EPS in a concentration-dependent manner from 50 to 1000 g / ml. Conclusion Se-EPS can promote the cell-mediated immune response of macrophages and enhance the immune response.
