货币现钞流通过于频繁的情况下,极易导致现钞纸币的破损,此时往往会出现纸币表面被多种微小异物所附着的现象。对此,提出一种非接触式快速、高效检测方法。该方法首先设计出一种微型超声发射/接收槽及其机电集成一体化的信号处理装置,其次建立一种超声辐射强度检测、信号特征提取与识别的智能算法,因此能够有效、准确地鉴别出纸币表面是否存在粘贴物,而且还能够识别出纸币是否已经破损或残缺,并将可能出现的“变造币”准确地分拣出来。实验与实际应用均已证实,提供的技术方法相对于霍尔传感机械辊筒法等具有明显的技术优势。

At this time, the surface of the banknotes tends to be attached with many kinds of small foreign objects. In this regard, a non-contact fast and efficient detection method is proposed. The method first designs a miniature ultrasonic transmitter / receiver slot and its electromechanical integrated signal processing device, and then establishes an intelligent algorithm of ultrasonic radiation intensity detection and signal feature extraction and identification, so that the method can effectively and accurately identify The presence or absence of a sticker on the surface of the banknote also identifies whether the banknote has been damaged or torn, and accurately sorts the possible “Coins”. Experiments and practical applications have confirmed that the technical methods provided have significant technical advantages over Hall-sensing mechanical roller methods.
