肠外营养支持在老年病人中的临床应用

目的:探讨≥75岁老年病人合理应用肠外营养的方法。方法:年龄≥75岁,肠外营养〉5天,禁食或肠内营养总热能摄入〈30%的66例老年病人行肠外营养支持时,非蛋白质热能摄入平均值为75.3kJ(18kcal)/(kg·d),NPC:N平均值为116:1。结果:肠外营养治疗前后营养监测及肾功能无明显变化。肝功能虽有变化,但平均值仍在正常范围。结论:老年病人肠外营养的总热能摄入应低于104.6kJ/(kg
