肾上腺素与亚硝酸钠在中性介质中发生反应，其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性。在ｐＨ９．２０的Ｂ．Ｒ．缓冲溶液中，于－０．４２Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）产生可逆极谱还原峰，峰电流与肾上腺素浓度在０．０５～１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ范围有良好的线性关系，检测下限为０．０２５ｍｇ／Ｌ。用此法测定肾上腺素针剂，结果满意。
Epinephrine reacts with sodium nitrite in a neutral medium, and its nitrosated derivatives have good electrical activity. B at pH 9.20. R. The peak current was linear with the concentration of epinephrine in the range of 0.05-1.5mg / L with the detection limit of 0.025mg / L.
