目的:探讨新疆汉族支气管哮喘与ADAM33基因rs511898位点多态性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对63例新疆汉族支气管哮喘患者病例组和70例无血缘关系的健康对照组进行ADAM33基因rs511898位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析。结果:ADAM33基因rs511898位点病例组和对照组中基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;病例组rs511898位点的基因型频数分布:GA为31(34.6),GG为28(24.2),AA为4(4.3),对照组该位点基因型频数分布为GA为42(38.4),GG为23(26.8),AA为5(4.7),2组间基因型频数分布无统计学意义(P>0.05)。G、A等位基因频数分布在2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ADAM33基因rs511898位点等位基因突变与新疆汉族支气管哮喘的发生没有明显的关联性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of rs511898 ADR3 gene and bronchial asthma in Xinjiang Han nationality. Methods: Sixty-three Xinjiang Han patients with bronchial asthma and 70 healthy unrelated controls were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to detect rs511898 single nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysis. Results: The distribution of genotypes of rs511898 locus in ADAM33 gene was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law. The genotype distribution of rs511898 locus in ADAM33 gene group was 31 (34.6), GG was 28 (24.2), AA 4 (4.3). The frequency distribution of genotypes in the control group was 42 (38.4), GG was 23 (26.8) and AA was 5 (4.7). There was no significant difference in genotype distribution between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the frequencies of G and A alleles among the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The allele of rs511898 in ADAM33 gene is not associated with the occurrence of bronchial asthma in Xinjiang Han.
