结合国内外高速公路限速现状,对影响我国高速公路限速的因素进行了分析,探讨了基于设计速度、运行速度和事故风险限速方法的优缺点,在此基础上提出了高速公路合理限速综合确定方法,对设计速度为80、100和120km/h的高速公路分别明确了合理的限速值,并针对高速公路长大下坡和长大隧道提出了基于行车安全风险的合理限速值。
Combining with the current situation of the speed limit at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the speed limit of the expressway in our country, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages based on the design speed, the running speed and the speed limit method of accident risk.
