我们在推进教师发展的进程中由过去的相对集中的全员培训逐渐提升为利用网络开展远程集中培训,同时辅助以校为本的各种研修活动,这种面与点的结合构成了当前教师发展的两条重要途径。但无论是大一统的全员培训,还是小灵活的校本研修,都还存在一些对教师发展理念上的误区,我们只有对这些误区予以关注和反思,才能使得我们的培训活动更具针对性,使我们的教师培训工作更具主动性。
