目的:探究Th1/Th2和Tc1/Tc2漂移对肾癌的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Th1 / Th2 and Tc1 / Tc2 drift on renal cell carcinoma. Methods: The CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells in peripheral blood of the participating researchers were detected to detect the expression of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IL- Level. Results: There was no significant difference between the expression of cytokines and the control group in patients with renal cell carcinoma without any clinical symptoms. Th1 and Tc1 cytokines such as IFN-γ and TNF-α secreted by cytokines in patients with localized type, locally advanced type and metastatic type (P <0.05). However, the levels of Th2 and Tc2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-6 were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: When the Th1 / Th2 and Tc1 / Tc2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with renal cell carcinoma are shifted, they may play a role in promoting the progression of advanced renal tumors.
