本文通过对民族地区农村中学生源大面积萎缩的原因进行分析,进而发现生源危机与教学质量低的恶性循环现象,以及这种现象造成社会较大的负面影响。旨在为民族地区政府及教育行政部门制定和执行相关政策时提供借鉴。
This article analyzes the reasons for the large-scale shrinkage of secondary school students in rural areas in minority areas, and then finds out the vicious circle phenomenon of students’ crisis and poor teaching quality. And this phenomenon has a greater negative impact on society. It is intended to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies by the government and educational administrations in ethnic regions.
