本文基于附加值贸易数据,借助于全球价值链指数,从整体和分行业两个维度全面考察俄罗斯参与全球价值链的程度和地位。研究结果表明:从总体上来说,俄罗斯的全球价值链参与程度较高,且在全球价值链中位居高端位置,这主要得益于其拥有较高的前向参与度。从分行业视角进一步研究发现,俄罗斯中技术行业参与全球价值链的程度和地位均相对较高,低技术行业次之,高技术行业最低。从变动态势来看,中技术行业在波动中缓慢上升,低技术行业增长乏力,高技术行业日趋衰落。
Based on the value-added trade data, this article uses the global value chain index to comprehensively examine the extent and position of Russia’s participation in the global value chain from both the overall and the sub-sectors. The results of the study show that Russia generally has a high degree of global value chain participation and a high-end position in the global value chain, mainly due to its high level of forward participation. A further study from a sub-industry perspective found that the degree and position of the technology industry in participating in the global value chain in Russia are relatively high, followed by those in the low-tech sector and those in the high-tech sector. In the light of the change trend, the medium-tech industry has been slowly rising in volatility, the sluggish growth in low-tech industries and the declining high-tech industry.
