随着我国经济、时代的发展与社会的进步,各行各业发生着巨大的改革,医院也不例外。在医改制度的不断调整和深入下,各医院的竞争也日益激烈,如何提升医院的整体服务与医疗质量,为患者提供更好的临床服务,是每个医院所面临的问题。这也使得医院不得不提升院内的管理水平,提升院内行政管理人员的综合素质。当前很多医院行政管理人员自身还存在很多问题,影响医院的发展,本文就医院行政管理人员综合素质的培养策略进行了探究,以供参考。
With the development of our economy, the times and the progress of society, tremendous reforms have taken place in all walks of life and hospitals are no exception. Under the continuous readjustment and deepening of the medical reform system, the competition in various hospitals is also getting fiercer. How to improve the overall service and medical quality of hospitals and provide better clinical services to patients are the problems that every hospital faces. This also makes hospitals have to enhance the hospital’s management level, enhance the overall quality of hospital administrators. At present, many hospital administrators still have many problems, which affect the development of the hospital. This article explores the cultivation strategies of the overall quality of hospital administrators for reference.
