首先采用硅烷偶联剂对硅溶胶表面改性,再与有机磷酸酯进行复配制备复配型成核剂,系统地研究了偶联剂和有机磷酸酯的配比及复配型成核剂添加量对聚丙烯结晶行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当复配型成核剂添加量为2‰,偶联剂和有机磷酸酯的摩尔比为2时,与单独的有机磷酸酯和偶联剂改性的硅溶胶相比,聚丙烯的结晶温度和结晶度明显增加,力学性能也得到改善。
