According to the notification of the International NUCs Council, from 26 to 29 May 1989, the Council held its annual meeting in Luxembourg and all the members of the Council attended the meeting. The Chairman of the Committee and Professor Kosciel of Norway hosted the Annual Meeting. The meeting discussed and adopted the summary of the 1988 annual meeting of the Board of Governors. The minutes contain the Chairman’s report, the Treasury’s budget decisions for 1988 and 1989, reports on publications made by the officers concerned, and a list of new members recruited. To date, the International Numismatic Commission has members on five continents, including 118 group members in 34 countries and 23 honorary members in 16 countries, all of whom are prominent numismatic experts.
