基于自催化氧化-还原反应,通过金属铜在纳米二氧化钛粉末表面上的化学沉积,制备了Cu/TiO_2超细复合粉末材料。用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微术(SEM)、EDAX能谱分析和俄歇电子能谱分析(AES)综合表征了产物的形貌及结构情况,用四探针法测定了产物的压片电阻率。
Based on the autocatalytic oxidation-reduction reaction, Cu / TiO 2 ultrafine composite powders were prepared by chemical deposition of copper on the surface of nano-sized titanium dioxide powders. The morphology and structure of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDAX and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) Tablet resistivity of the product.
