一、缘起:中途接班的困惑作为一个新手妈妈,结束产假回归教学时,马上接手做五年级2班的班主任,对我来说,这是一个实实在在的挑战。回想接班初期,家长眼中除了期盼,也有诸多担忧。如何打消家长们的顾虑,尽快建立一个团结、稳定的班集体,就成了我迫在眉睫的任务。由于前期班级管理的原因,再加上中途更换班主任,学生普遍躁动不安,家长也颇多怨言;而学生们早期养成的常规习
First, the origins: Confusion over the way to take over as a novice mother, when the return of maternity leave to teaching, immediately took over as the class teacher of the fifth grade class, for me, this is a real challenge. Recalling the initial stage of succession, parents also had many concerns in addition to expectations. How to dispel the concerns of parents and establish a united and stable class collective as soon as possible becomes an urgent task for me. Due to the previous class management reasons, together with the change of the class leader in mid-course, the students were generally restless and parents complained a lot; while the students developed early routine habits.
