工业中影响金浸出速率的主要原因是氧在氰化物溶液中有限的溶解度。本文研究采用在浸取液中添加固体无机过氧化物的方法,以适时供氧,特别适用于堆浸。实验研究表明,过氧化物溶液释出氧时,对溶液的pH值是相当敏感的。搅拌浸取实验说明,钡、钙或锶的过氧化物,均可作为氧源以提高金的浸出速率及浸出率。用柱浸以模拟堆浸的实验表明,预先添加过氧化钙,可显著地提高金的浸出速率。
The main reason that affects the rate of gold leaching in industry is the limited solubility of oxygen in the cyanide solution. In this paper, the method of adding solid inorganic peroxide in the leaching solution is adopted to provide oxygen in time and is especially suitable for heap leaching. Experimental studies have shown that when the peroxide solution releases oxygen, it is quite sensitive to the pH value of the solution. Agitation leaching experiments show that barium, calcium or strontium peroxide, can be used as an oxygen source to improve gold leaching rate and leaching rate. Experiments with column immersion to simulate heap leaching showed that pre-addition of calcium peroxide significantly increased gold leaching rate.
