为迎接新技术革命和知识经济的挑战,各国政府都高度关注教育及教育改革,以便在未来国际竞争中立于不败之地。为此,我国实施科技兴国战略,全面推进素质教育,深化教育体制改革,一切有利于推进素质教育的教学方法,我们都应当进行借鉴和吸收。辩论式教学方法作为一种教学方式是素质教育的一种有效实现形式,因此,可以在法律教学中加以利用。
In order to meet the challenges of the new technological revolution and the knowledge-based economy, all governments attach great importance to education and educational reform in order to remain invincible in the future international competition. To this end, our country should implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology, promote quality education in an all-round way, deepen the reform of the education system, and all teaching methods conducive to advancing quality education should be borrowed and absorbed by all. Debate teaching method as a teaching method is an effective form of quality education, therefore, can be used in legal teaching.
