第一条为规范台商投诉的协调、处理工作,制定本规定。第二条省台商投诉处理机构,是省政府负责协调、处理台商投诉事宜的专门机构。市、州人民政府和地区行政公署根据工作需要,可设立台商投诉处理机构。第三条台商可以就下列争议向省或市(地、州)台商投诉处理机构投诉:(一)投资方面的争议;(二)履行合同、协议和章程中的争议;(三)与行政机关的争议;(四)劳资争议;(五)其他争议。
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to regulate the coordination and handling of complaints filed by Taiwan businessmen. The second province of Taiwan’s complaint handling agencies, the provincial government is responsible for coordinating and dealing with complaints of Taiwanese firms specialized agencies. The municipal and state people’s governments and the regional administrative offices may set up complaint handling organizations for Taiwanese businesses according to the needs of their work. Article 3 Taiwanese businesspeople may file complaints with the complaint handling agencies of the provinces or municipalities (prefectures) in respect of the following disputes: (1) investment disputes; (2) the performance of disputes in contracts, agreements and articles of association; (3) Administrative dispute; (4) labor dispute; (5) other disputes.
