采用流式细胞术,检测了淋巴细胞在识别、杀伤肿瘤细胞方面起重要作用的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)和粘附分子在8例肾癌细胞中的表达。进一步探讨了西米替丁对这些表达的修饰,发现全例肾癌细胞均表达HLA-ABC抗原和LFA-3,但不表达HLA-DR抗原,其中6例和5例肾癌细胞分别表达了ICAM-1和B7。西米替丁处理的8例肾癌细胞中,有2例观察到LFA-3表达的增强。结果表明,西来替丁可能通过增强肾癌细胞表面的LFA-3表达、增强淋巴细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性。
Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and adhesion molecules, which play an important role in identifying and killing tumor cells, in 8 cases of renal cell carcinoma. Further study of the cimetidine modification of these expressions found that all cases of renal cancer cells were expressed HLA-ABC antigen and LFA-3, but did not express HLA-DR antigen, of which 6 cases and 5 cases of renal cell carcinoma were expressed ICAM-1 and B7. Among the 8 cases of renal cell carcinoma treated with cimetidine, 2 cases showed enhancement of LFA-3 expression. The results showed that cedicidin may enhance the cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes to tumor cells by enhancing the expression of LFA-3 on the surface of renal carcinoma cells.
