学习是自内而外的“生长”。因此,我们在小学数学课堂教学中要从学生的实际出发,将学生置于教学的核心地位,基于学生的学习起点,为学生“量身打造”教学方案,设计弹性教案并因材施教,关注教学过程中的学习起点灵活应对,使不同学生的数学素养得到不同的发展,从而提高课堂教学效率,激发学生的学习积极性,焕发小学数学课堂的活力。
