项目式实践教学是一种工学结合、任务驱动、项目导向的新型教学模式,已成为目前高校实践教学的使用最广的有效手段。在传统教学中,以最终考试成绩来评价学生的方式已不能准确衡量学生的知识掌握程度和能力素养的优劣。基于工学结合的课程内容的基础,结合工作领域的绩效考核的方式方法研究,我们能模拟运用工作情境下的绩效考核模式中最为有效的全角度考核法、强制比例法以及重要事件法来创建一套综合考核评价学生学习成果的考评体系,并且能更为准确有效地衡量学生各方面的技能、素养和能力,是在项目式实践教学中尤为重要的。
