我们铁氧体班以前是专搞生产的,后来又承担了铁氧体磁性材料与器件的研制任务。原来的生产设备陈旧落后,都是手工操作。铁氧体烧结工艺是用手动自耦变压器进行升温,很容易损坏,而且控温精度低,在保温1200℃时有±10℃误差,由于手调很难重复同样的烧结曲线,也就不易稳定烧结工艺,因而影响产品质量。工人、技术人员提出要革新,改变落后面貌。在院各级党组织和领导的重视、支持下,我们从生产线上抽出五个同志,由工人、干部、技术人员,组成一个三结合小组。首先迈开双脚面向生产和使用
Our ferrite course was previously specialized in production, and later it took on the task of developing ferrite magnetic materials and devices. The old production facilities are outdated and are manually operated. The ferrite sintering process uses a manual auto-transformer to increase the temperature, it is easily damaged, and the temperature control accuracy is low. There is an error of ±10°C when the insulation temperature is 1200°C. It is difficult to repeat the same sintering curve because of manual tuning. Sintering process, thus affecting product quality. Workers and technicians proposed reforms to change the situation. With the attention and support of party organizations and leaders at all levels of the hospital, we extracted five comrades from the production line, and a three-combination group was composed of workers, cadres, and technicians.
