班主任队伍建设是学校搞好学生工作的关键,班主任的聘任模式必然会影响班主任队伍的整体素质,进而影响学生管理工作的成效。本研究采用问卷法对中等职业学校班主任任职模式进行了调查,重点了解中职教师及管理人员对班主任聘任模式的态度,并由此分析专职班主任制度的可行性。结果表明:专职教师兼任班主任制比专职班主任制度更具教育优势和可行性,关键是对现有聘任模式的弊端进行改进,提高教师全员参与学生管理工作的积极性。
The construction of class leader team is the key to improve student work in school. The model of teacher appointment will inevitably affect the overall quality of team leader team, thus affecting the effectiveness of student management. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the mode of appointment of class supervisors in secondary vocational schools, with a focus on understanding the attitudes of middle school teachers and managers to the model of appointment of class supervisors, and analyzing the feasibility of the system of full-time class supervisors. The results show that the part-time teacher-part-time teacher system is more educational and viable than the full-time class teacher system. The key is to improve the malpractices of the current appointment mode and improve the enthusiasm of all teachers in student management.
