职业资格证书是衡量职业能力的一个标准,同时也是提高学生职业能力的重要途径。总结现行的高职“双证书”模式运行过程中出现的主要问题:证书缺乏规范、证书与能力相背离、双证教育相背离的问题。最后提出几点建议:企业、行业协会与离职院校三方合作;将职业资格证书替代或部分替代某些实践性较强的课程;引入表现性评价方法。
Vocational qualification certificate is a measure of professional competence, but also an important way to improve student professional ability. Summarize the main problems that arise in the current higher vocational education and “double certificates” mode of operation: the lack of standardization of certificates, the departure of certificates and competencies, and the departure of dual certificates education. Finally, some suggestions are put forward: the tripartite cooperation between enterprises, trade associations and leaving institutions; the replacement or partial replacement of some practicing courses by vocational qualification certificates; and the introduction of the performance evaluation method.
