目的:探讨重症监护病房老年患者的人文关怀护理措施和成效。方法:将2014年12月~2015年12月间浙江医院重症监护病房收治老年患者90依据护理方式的不同将老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组45例老年患者采用常规护理,观察组45例手术患者在施行常规护理的基础上,加以人文关怀护理。比较两组老年患者舒适度、焦虑和护理满意度情况。结果:观察组老年患者在实施人文关怀后,焦虑和舒适状况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度情况明显好于对照组。结论:对重症监护病房的老年患者施行人文关怀护理,能显著改善患者焦虑情况,改善患者舒适度情况,增强护理效果,得到了患者的满意和认可。
Objective: To explore the humanistic care nursing measures and effectiveness of elderly patients in intensive care unit. Methods: The elderly patients admitted to the intensive care unit of Zhejiang Hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods. The control group of 45 elderly patients were treated with routine nursing. Group of 45 patients undergoing routine care based on the routine nursing care. The comfort, anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: After the implementation of humane care, the anxiety and comfort of elderly patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of nursing was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Humanistic nursing care for elderly patients in intensive care unit can significantly improve patient anxiety, improve patient comfort and enhance the nursing effect, which has obtained patient satisfaction and recognition.
