目的:观察采用蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效,探讨蓝光照射治疗法的特点。方法:选择我院经皮黄疸指数测定确诊为黄疸症的新生儿66例,分别给予患儿常规药物治疗及蓝光照射治疗,并将患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组患儿分别为30例和36例。观察治疗后两组患儿黄疸消退情况,比较两组患儿的治愈率及总有效率。结果:观察组患儿黄疸消退明显,治愈率及总有效率分别为66.67%和91.67%明显高于对照组的40.0%和76.67%,其差异的显著性具有统计学意义。结论:新生儿黄疸是由于体内胆红素水平过高引起的,而蓝光的光波峰值对胆红素具有很强的吸收作用,可以有效降低患儿体内胆红素水平,从而达到治疗目的。蓝光照射是临床上用于治疗新生儿黄疸有效、安全、便捷的一种治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of neonatal jaundice by blue light and explore the characteristics of blue light irradiation therapy. Methods: Sixty-six neonates with jaundice diagnosed by percutaneous jaundice index in our hospital were selected. The children were given routine medical treatment and blue light irradiation respectively. The children were divided into control group and observation group. The children in each group were 30 cases and 36 cases. Observed after treatment two groups of children with jaundice subsided, the two groups were compared the cure rate and total effective rate. Results: The jaundice in the observation group subsided obviously, and the cure rate and total effective rate were 66.67% and 91.67% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (40.0% and 76.67%). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Neonatal jaundice is caused by the high bilirubin level in the body, and the light peak of blue light has a strong absorption effect on bilirubin, which can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin in children, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment . Blu-ray irradiation is clinically used to treat neonatal jaundice effective, safe and convenient treatment.
