为探讨血清酶学改变和脂质过氧化水平在士兵中暑发生过程中的意义 ,选择夏季五公里越野训练中中暑的男性士兵 2 2名及同期未发生中暑的士兵 2 0名 ,测定其血清LDH和CK含量、血浆中超氧化物歧化酶和红细胞丙二醛含量。结果发现 ,与对照组相比 ,中暑组士兵血清LDH和CK含量以及血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,而丙二醛含量虽也升高 ,但差异并无显著性。结果提示在士兵中暑的发生过程中 ,自由基引发细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤 ,导致胞浆酶溢出 ,血清酶水平升高
In order to explore the significance of serum enzymology changes and lipid peroxidation in the occurrence of stroke in soldiers, twenty-two male soldiers and five twenty soldiers without stroke were enrolled in this study. The serum LDH And CK content, plasma superoxide dismutase and erythrocyte malondialdehyde content. The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of serum LDH and CK and the activity of plasma superoxide dismutase were significantly increased in the sunstroke group (P <0.01), while the content of malondialdehyde increased, but the difference was not Significance. The results suggest that during the onset of stroke, free radicals induce lipid peroxidation injury in the cell membrane, resulting in the overflow of cytosolic enzymes and the increase of serum enzyme levels
