介绍了锰白口铁锻造磨球的锻造工艺及性能.比较了各种锻造工艺对碳化物破碎程度的作用,指出多方向、小变形量、增加锻打次数的工艺适合于低塑性的白口铁锻造.
The forging process and performance of manganese white iron forged grinding ball are introduced. The effects of various forging processes on the degree of carbide crushing are compared. It is pointed out that the multi-directional and small amount of deformation and the number of forging cycles are suitable for low-plasticity white-iron forging.
