目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理功能在骨折诊断的应用价值。方法对46例外伤不确定胫骨平台骨折病例采用16排螺旋CT扫描并进行多平面重建(MPR),最大密度投影(MIP),容积重建(VR),评价有无骨折及骨折分型。结果46例疑诊病例中,确诊骨折41例,排除骨折5例。41例骨折中,单纯线性骨折20例,压缩骨折15例,骨折伴骨骺分离2例,复合型骨折4例。结论多层螺旋CT及其后处理功能在胫骨平台骨折诊断中具有实用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT and its post-processing in the diagnosis of fracture. Methods Sixteen cases of traumatic tibial plateau fracture with traumatic injury were examined by multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum density projection (MIP) and volume reconstruction (VR) with 16-slice spiral CT scan to evaluate the presence or absence of fracture and fracture classification. Results Of the 46 suspected cases, 41 were diagnosed with fracture and 5 were excluded. In 41 cases of fracture, there were 20 cases of simple linear fracture, 15 cases of compression fracture, 2 cases of fracture with epiphyseal separation and 4 cases of complex fracture. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and its post-processing have practical value in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures.
