目的:系统整理分析研究针刺镇痛常选的动物模型,为今后针灸作用原理研究提供依据与平台。方法:系统检索国内外针刺镇痛的常用动物模型,分析其造模的方法与原理,以及针刺镇痛的作用机制。结果:通过对近年来关于针刺镇痛的文献整理与总结发现,针刺镇痛的常用动物模型主要包括炎症痛、神经痛、内脏痛、癌症痛等,参与针刺镇痛的物质主要包括阿片类物质,细胞因子,血管紧张素,环氧化酶,前列腺素和腺苷等。结论:在针刺作用原理研究中,针刺镇痛的动物模型造模方法较多,且方法较为客观可行,在此基础上的针刺镇痛作用机理研究较为深入系统。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically analyze and study the animal model of acupuncture analgesia and to provide the basis and platform for the study of acupuncture and moxibustion theory. Methods: The common animal models of acupuncture analgesia at home and abroad were systematically searched, the methods and principles of their modeling and the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia were analyzed. Results: Through summarizing and summarizing the literature on acupuncture analgesia in recent years, the common animal models of acupuncture analgesia mainly include inflammatory pain, neuralgia, visceral pain and cancer pain. The substances involved in acupuncture analgesia include Opioids, cytokines, angiotensin, cyclooxygenase, prostaglandins and adenosine and so on. Conclusion: In the study of acupuncture principle, there are many methods of animal model of acupuncture analgesia, and the method is more objective and feasible. Based on this, the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia is deeply and systematically studied.
