我厂加工斜齿轮时,原采用:滚齿时校正齿顶圆径向跳动,淬火后夹顶圆磨内孔的工艺方法。因热处理后变形,故磨削内孔后,齿圈对内孔的径向跳动时常超差。为此,我们设计制造了以渐开线齿面定位夹紧的斜齿轮磨内孔夹具。夹具通过夹具体11(图1)的锥柄,安装在磨床主轴孔内,使用时将被加工齿轮3送入弹簧夹头7内,则三个滚柱6恰好插入在齿轮的三个齿槽
