近年来,环顾全球,自然灾害频繁发生。政府和国际组织大规模的减灾救灾行动已然在进行,那么个人或是小群体,又能做些什么让我们的家园更加安全呢?现在,已经有一些这样的个人和团体在行动,以创新的模式利用一些简单的资源开展救助活动。这些看似微不足道的小举措,在应对大灾害时,可以取得意想不到的效果。让我们看看他们是如何实践这些新理念的。
In recent years, looking around the world, natural disasters occur frequently. Now that there are already some individuals and groups that are moving to innovate. What are the ways in which individuals and small groups can do something to make our homeland safer? Modes utilize some simple resources for rescue activities. These seemingly insignificant moves can achieve unexpected results in response to a major disaster. Let’s see how they implemented these new ideas.
