小儿脑瘫合并智力及听力语言障碍在临床并不少见,据报道其发病率为小儿脑瘫中的30％～70％。张丛源报道一组266例小儿脑瘫,有这种合并症者占87.9％。可见其发病率相当高。智力及听力语言障碍给脑瘫儿的训练带来了更多的困难。
Pediatric cerebral palsy with mental retardation and hearing impairment is not uncommon in clinical practice, and its incidence is reported to be 30% -70% of pediatric cerebral palsy. Zhang Congyuan reported a group of 266 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy, 87.9% of those with this complication. It shows a very high incidence. Impaired intelligence and hearing have caused more difficulties for the training of children with cerebral palsy.
