常熟发电厂一期工程干煤棚系排框架式大跨度三角形钢桁架结构。钢桁架由2片平行钢屋架组合而成,其截面宽度为2.5m,最大高度为7.5m;每榀重量40.4t,安装在轴线跨度84.1m、高25.5m的钢筋混凝土框架双肢柱顶上。施工根据现有2台50t汽车吊的情况,将大跨度钢桁架分6段在地面制作,搭设活动龙门支撑作业架,高空拼装施工,不使用大型吊装机械,不搭设满堂脚手架,安全顺利地完成了吊装工作,并节省了费用。
The dry coal shed of the first phase of the Changshu Power Plant is a row-framed long-span triangular steel truss structure. The steel truss is composed of two parallel steel roof trusses with a section width of 2.5m and a maximum height of 7.5m. Each truss weighs 40.4t and is installed on a reinforced concrete frame with an axis span of 84.1m and a height of 25.5m. Double limbs on top.
