端粒酶对细胞周期调控和肿瘤发生的影响

自端粒酶发现至今的十几年中,人们对其结构和功能进行了系统的研究,发现端粒酶与肿瘤发生具有明显的关联。肿瘤细胞具有细胞周期失调的共同特点,而正常细胞脱氧核糖核酸在受到损伤后能够发生细胞周期阻滞以及时修复损伤,即通过细胞关卡调控,这是保持基因组稳定的关键事件。细胞周期关卡调节异常可导致遗传改变,并可能导致细胞的恶性转化。本文就端粒酶激活、细胞周期失调对肿瘤形成的影响以及两者之间关系的研究做一综述。 Since the discovery of telomerase so far for more than ten years, people have made a systematic study on its structure and function and found that telomerase has a clear association with tumorigenesis. Tumor cells have the common characteristics of cell cycle disorders, and normal cell dendritic cells after damage can occur cell cycle arrest and timely repair damage, that is, through cell-level control, which is the key to maintaining genome stability. Abnormalities in the regulation of the cell cycle can lead to genetic changes and may lead to malignant transformation of cells. This review summarizes the effects of telomerase activation, cell cycle dysfunction on tumor formation and the relationship between them.
