农产品感官类标准样品研制方法研究

感官类标准样品是标准样品的一大类,是农产品分等定级和定性判定的基础性物质.但目前感官标准样品特别是农产品感官标准样品与理化标准样品的研制存在较大差别,难以采用现有标准样品的定值方法和理论进行感官标准样品的量值,也很难实现重复性和复现性.因此,研究农产品感官类标准样品研制方法将对具有量值和溯源性的烟草、茶叶、珍珠、小麦、棉花等标准样品的研制,确保农产品感官类特性评价在不同时间和空间获得一致性的结果具有重要的意义.
