用不同浓度的IBA对4个苹果品种的组织培养分化嫩梢进行了不同时间的浸泡处理。结果表明,以IBA使用浓度为100mg/l处理12h,置于1/2MS+0.1mg/lGA+1.5mg/lIAA+0.5g/l活性碳培养基诱导生根的技术方案最优。红乔纳金等4个苹果品种的平均生根率均达71.0%以上,最高为90.8%。
With different concentrations of IBA on four apple cultivars differentiation of young shoots were immersed at different times. The results showed that the optimal solution for inducing rooting with IBA at a concentration of 100 mg / l for 12 h and 1/2 MS + 0.1 mg / l GA + 1.5 mg / l IAA + 0.5 g / l activated carbon medium was used. The average rooting rate of four apple varieties including red Jonathan reached more than 71.0% and the highest was 90.8%.
