针对目前煤矿井下矩形隔爆壳体类的高电压电器设备的用量增加,为了避免沿用传统设计法形成的隐患。提出了应用弹性力学等原理对矩形隔爆壳体进行初始设计,利用设计参数建模并进行有限元分析,根据分析结果调整设计参数,并校验以满足使用要求,达到既能保证安全性又能实现经济性的目的。实践证明,效果良好。
In view of the fact that the amount of high-voltage electrical equipment used in the rectangular flameproof casing in the coal mine is increasing, in order to avoid the hidden danger caused by the traditional design method. The initial design of the rectangular flameproof shell is put forward based on the principle of elasticity and so on. The design parameters are modeled and analyzed by finite element method. The design parameters are adjusted according to the analysis results and verified to meet the requirements of use. Can achieve the purpose of economy. Practice has proved that the effect is good.
